a. Brief History
Soccercamp International runs soccer camps for kids and during the summer months we operate a day programme in Spain where kids can be dropped off for a day, 2 or more from 11am to 4pm. We offer coaching, matches and football fun and we also include lunch, water breaks plus tee shirts/water bottles for each kid attending. We actively promote and market on the web and customers can either pre-book in advance or pay when they arrive in the camp during the Summer. For those who book in advance they will complete a booking form and send it to us along to us plus we also have a Paypal facility on our website so that customers can purchase a booking in advance. However the majority of customers will book on arrival at the camp and therefore in return for their booking and payment they will receive the service there and then - very much like purchasing a service or product from a shop.
b. Cancellation Policy
If a customer makes a reservation and pays in full and then needs to change the date during the Summer, we will make the change on their behalf and confirm subject to availability of course. If a client makes a reservation and then needs to cancel we will refund them.

We only gather personal information that is voluntarily supplied by you. Such information may include your e-mail address, name, home, mobile or work telephone number. Soccercamp International may use this information to answer your inquiries or to provide you with other information about us. From time to time, we may use such information to advise you of new products, special offers or information concerning items of interest. Out of respect for the privacy of our users, we present the option to unsubscribe to our emails with each correspondence we send.
Information about you specifically will not be used for any purpose other than to carry out the services you requested from Soccercamp International and its affiliates. We will not sell or rent your personal identifiable information to anyone at any time. We will not use any personal information beyond what is necessary to assist us in delivering to you the services you have requested.
NON PERSONAL INFORMATION - From time to time we may collect certain information about your visit to our site which does not contain any personal identifiable information. This information may include your IP address, browser, access times and the means by which you arrived at your site. Such information includes particular pages of our website visited you and links to any third party website you may have visited. This information will allow us to improve our site and keep track of the most popular feature of our site.
